OW!

Warning: Stretch before playing 2 hours of Wii Sports. I picked up Zelda yesterday but couldn't manage more than flopping my wrist around trying to kill the baddies. (which pisses me off that that worked, but I will go into that after I have a better less painful look at the game) My left butt cheek hurts from the squats I was doing for bowling and my right arm and back are on fire. I can't even laugh without my ribs hurting! I think next time I do a "Wii Workout" I'll switch it up and do some stuff left handed so I don't get disproportionate "Wii Muscles". like I've been using the bow flex religiouly only on one side...
